A Simple Winforms app that has the following features:
- Choose a picture to view in the app, ( JPEG Files, PNG Files and BMP Files are supported)
- Choose a custom background colour from select presets. You may also create a custom preset to meet your needs
- Force stretch selcected image to fit the window
