chore: delete unused taccsite_cms template dirs+files

Overview

Delete unused files.

• These getting_started.tam.html template is not referenced.
• The "Getting Started" page is manually written.
• These directories appear to not even be mounted.

Note

I would also declare getting_started.tam.html unavailable, but a tup-ui taccsite_cms template also appears to not be mounted, yet I can find an id from it in TACC homepage markup.

Warning

I am very surprised to see limit_visibility_in_menu unused... I thought it was important. And I see Core-CMS reports its instance is only an example.

Changes

• deleted taccsite_cms/templates
• deleted taccsite_cms/templatetags

Testing

getting_started.tam.html

1. List pages using each template.
2. Verify getting_started.tam.html does not appear.

limit_visibility_in_menu

• Either ask APCD devs whether its functionality is desired and is working.
• Or, with knowledge of the feature, test it; then:
  • Document steps here.
  • Determine why it works.
