The Model Target validation tests deliberately build both valid and malformed JSON request bodies, but they described every nested value as Any and suppressed Pyrefly at ten declarations.\n\nThis replaces those annotations with object-valued validation-boundary mappings. That truthfully permits deliberately invalid values while keeping request keys and surrounding data typed, without casts or reflection.\n\nValidation:\n- all pre-commit hooks\n- all pre-push hooks\n- Pylint 10.00/10\n- full local non-real suite: 1,948 passed, 843 skipped\n- every changed executable line covered locally; hosted combined coverage remains the 100% gate
