Owner-confirmed: the MK8 drive gear is locked to the motor shaft with a set screw driven by a 1.5 mm hex. The wiki already listed three tools; this adds the missing pieces so BOM, wiki tool list, and steps agree: - BOM "Assembly Tools Required": add "Hex driver, 1.5 mm" (store link TODO — no verified 1.5 mm product URL yet). - Build Guide Step 4: was "fit the drive pulley onto the shaft" with no set-screw mention; now "fit the MK8 drive gear and secure it with its set screw (1.5 mm hex)", snug-then-fine-tune. The steps previously showed only 7 of the 14 explicitly. Clarify Step 3 as four side screws PER carriage (eight total) plus the 1 + 2 carriage-top screws (which become the rope clamp/tension screws), and add a running tally: 2 (long tubes) + 1 (pulley) + 8 (carriage sides) + 3 (carriage tops) = 14, + 8 body = 22. PR #41 was merged when the branch only had its first commit (
32df276, items 1/2/5/7), so three commits that were pushed to that branch afterward never reachedmain.
