Fix CMake installation and improve text shadow colors - #191

- Fixed CMake installation directory creation for all paths * Added proper creation of /usr/viewtouch/bin, /usr/viewtouch/lib, etc. * Fixed fonts installation to /usr/share/viewtouch/fonts * Resolves installation failures due to missing parent directories - Improved text shadow colors for better visual quality * White text: Changed harsh black shadows to medium gray (64,64,64) * Yellow text: Changed black shadows to warm dark olive (96,64,0) * Gray text: Changed black shadows to dark gray (32,32,32) * Enhanced readability and consistency with frost/embossed effects - Updated changelog.md with comprehensive documentation
