Goldmark's Typographer by default substitutes `--` with `&ndash`. This commit disables the default substitution ensuring command line arguments remain accurate.

Goldmark's Typographer by default substitutes
--with&ndash.This commit disables the default substitution ensuring command line arguments remain accurate. As such, titles on YARA-X's CLI Commands docs would become accurate again (e.g.,
–profilingneeds to be--profiling).
