• add Negative Relations mod scaffold with negative point storage and helper utilities
• hook gift penalties, tiered dialogue overrides, harassment barks, and daily recovery logic
• add social page overlay showing black negative hearts based on stored negative points
• cache social entries and align bark cooldowns to in-game time for robustness
• wire GMCM config, manifest, build config, and localization strings
