Hi there, I'm Aaditya Shah πŸ‘‹

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» About Me

I am a second-year B.Tech student in Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN), graduating in 2029. I am drawn to difficult questions at the meeting point of mathematics, computation, and engineered systems. I use software as a medium for making ideas concrete enough to test, share, and challenge.

  • πŸŽ“ Sophomore (second-year) B.Tech CSE student at IIT Gandhinagar, graduating in 2029.
  • πŸ” Current Focus: Mathematical foundations, Enigma cryptanalysis, quantum computing, algorithms and data structures, and interactive systems.
  • 🧠 How I Learn: I move from questions to reading, modeling, building, testing, and explainingβ€”often returning to the question with a better method.
  • 🎨 Design & Technology: Design and Tech Coordinator at Blithchron, where I have helped deploy the Blithchron 2027 website.
  • πŸ› οΈ Background: Started at IIT Gandhinagar in Mechanical Engineering before moving to CSE after my first semester.
  • πŸ‘― Collaboration: Open to working on thoughtful projects in mathematics, computation, research, or complex systems.
  • πŸ“« How to reach me: aaditya.shah@iitgn.ac.in

πŸ”¬ Current Investigations

  • Recovering hidden structure from the Enigma: Studying how permutation equations from intercepted indicators can recover rotor wirings, twists, and the limits of those methods.
  • Quantum foundations: Learning the mathematics behind quantum computation before treating its vocabulary as understanding.
  • Algorithms, properly: Building stronger foundations in algorithms and data structures through deliberate study.
  • Interactive systems: Exploring how design and engineering change when software is built for a team, a campus, or a real audience.

πŸ“± Featured Project: MusicLib

MusicLib Logo

MusicLib is a released, now-paused native Android application built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. It explored how a small mobile product could carry an idea from prototype through public release and maintenance for short-form content creators.
