Add index_zh.html for Chinese version

as said in this #7 , add a Chinese version.

changes:

• replace i tag with b tag(in Chinese, Italics aren't not popular used for emphasis, but bold)
• not translate people's names(exclude the great Einstein)
• not translate words in photos(lack of skills)
• remove a link in Section LearnMore cuz it mentions Dalai Lama(political reason)
