Adds the MIT License with Proof-of-Usage Condition (MIT-PoU): the MIT license plus one condition addressed to operators of automated systems — record the usage in the repository's register, and credit the work alongside a SHA-256 provenance hash. It is source-available by its own documentation, and categorised accordingly.
MIT-PoU: New license request: MIT License with Proof-of-Usage Condition (MIT-PoU), v1.2.0 spdx/license-list-XML#3068 (pending;spdx_license_keyhere uses theLicenseRef-scancode-form until that lands)Disclosure: I am the licence's steward. Detection matters here because the grant is MIT verbatim — a scanner without this entry reports these files as plain MIT, which is exactly the claim the licence's own documentation says is wrong to make.
minimum_coverageis set at 60 for that reason; happy to adjust metadata to whatever the maintainers prefer.
