Summary
What it does
Signum is a Claude Code plugin that runs a CONTRACT → EXECUTE → AUDIT → PACK pipeline. It dispatches diffs to Claude, Codex, and Gemini as independent reviewers, then bundles all artifacts into a tamper-evident proofpack.
