Adding LLMSDB to the list - it's a searchable directory of llms.txt files (AI crawler policies).

Why add this:

Only comprehensive index of llms.txt files available
Essential resource as llms.txt becomes the standard for AI bot control
Includes token counting and category filtering
Actively maintained with quality assurance

Fits perfectly in the [AI Tools/Web Directories/Developer Resources] section.
