rationale

the repository still carried seven completed or intentionally retired documents. CLAUDE.md duplicated the shared agent policy, and the conduct policy sent reports to an obsolete university address.

what changed

  • remove five translation tombstones.
  • remove the completed launch runbook and stale manual run inventory.
  • make AGENTS.md canonical through Claude Code native import syntax.
  • replace and validate the project-specific conduct policy.

retained exactly

  • SECURITY.md
  • CONTRIBUTING.md
  • all six records under docs/decisions/
  • every active guide, field-run record, and legacy compatibility path

verification

  • source registry, field-run schema, Astro check, build, and 13 generated routes
  • full markdown lint across 32 files and workflow YAML parsing
  • current private reporting and GitHub conflict-reporting links
  • 45 cc tests plus 175 lore tests

rollout

this is a repository-governance cleanup. it changes no public guide route, field-run evidence, plugin behavior, or legacy installation path. protected main and required checks remain the merge gate.

The public root retained five translation tombstones, a completed launch runbook, a stale run inventory, duplicated agent policy, and an obsolete conduct-reporting address.

Remove the confirmed deadweight, make AGENTS.md the shared policy imported by Claude Code, replace the conduct policy with a current enforceable version, and extend CI coverage to the governance files.

Verified with source and field-run validation, Astro check and build, generated-route tests, full Markdown lint, workflow YAML parsing, external-link resolution, and all 220 legacy compatibility tests.

SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and the six docs/decisions records remain unchanged.

Warning

Review limit reached

@anipotts, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 15 minutes

You've used all free OSS reviews for now. Wait for the free limit to reset to keep reviewing this public repository.

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

P2 Badge Preserve the field-run correction policy

When a published run needs correction, deleting this paragraph removes the repository's only instruction to add a note or replacement rather than silently editing the original evidence; a repo-wide search finds no equivalent policy in the field-lab guide, schema, or validator. Move this invariant to the main field-lab documentation before removing the stale inventory so later corrections cannot erase the originally observed outcome.
