fix: Update org references for install-dpf-server

• Update GitHub org references for install-dpf-server action, given that the dpf-standalone repository will be transferred to the ansys-internal org.
• PR Checks will fail until the transfer has actually been completed.

Just one comment: merging to main means everyone's workflow will have to bump action version/tag.
What we should also do is patch the v2.3 branch directly and then do an actual release.
