This PR adds 11 Agent Skills focused on home-renovation pitfalls, based on a verified Knowledge Base from a renovation education brand ("西安装修课堂"). Each skill is self-contained with SKILL.md + references/.

All skill names use lowercase-hyphen identifiers per the spec.
Descriptions are in Chinese because the target users are Chinese homeowners.
