This reverts commit c479ed68e02a4337eb9cbafa8ec1d70b4e5c2345.
Applies apache#20363 on top of the io-dynamic branch,
resolving conflicts in opener.rs and source.rs by adapting the new
predicate_conjuncts/selectivity_tracker fields to the direct
ParquetMorselizer construction pattern used on this branch.
