[fix](hive)Fixed the issue of reading hive table with empty lzo files

What problem does this PR solve?

When there is an empty lzo file in the hive table, Doris will report an error: "decompress made no progress. input_read_bytes: 0 decompressed_len: 0 input len: 4".
We should return the length read.
