refactor!: Introduce IBrowserPool interface and utilize it in BrowserCrawler

• Part of Minimize public interface of Crawlee components #3109
• There are minor conflicts with feat: connect to remote browser services #3545, but they should be fairly easy to resolve
  • open question - perhaps we'll want to make a separate IBrowserPool implementation for remote browser services
