Description
3rd Part of the process of reverting the current functioning of staging and staging-temp + adding versioning to our Docs.
This PR includes just the configuration of our versioned docs.
It has some commented-out code that should go like this to production. I staging shouldn't be commented out for testing purposes, left like this waiting on a follow-up task to create a PR template to remind this.
