Eslint configs

[maxmwang]

Setup more strict eslint configurations to enforce a more consistent code style. Larger based on original prettier configurations from the original repo.

• linebreak: unix
• indent: 2 spaces
• semicolon: always
• quotes: double quotes
• spacing: spacing between {}
• dangling comma for multiline objects/arrays/...
• sort imports in order w/ spacing
• enforce type imports
• no unused imports

TODO: run eslint --fix on all files
