Superseded by #20 (merged), a coordinated catch-up that bumps these minor/patch updates in one coherent re-lock so the runtime-requirements export gate passes. Verified: 226 unit tests + live graph/swarm eval on redeployed AgentCore (strands 1.48, agentcore 1.18.1, otel 1.44). Closing.
