Summary

This PR adds Windows Server 2025 as a valid platform to the ECS Agent for the upcoming release of ECS Windows Server 2025 AMIs.

Implementation details

Updated os_family_windows.go with build number for 2025 and the associated test file. Also added integration test support for 2025 in the run-integ-tests.ps1 powershell file.

New tests cover the changes: Yes

This change adds visibility to the ECS Agent for the upcoming release of Windows Server 2025 ECS AMIs and adds integration test support for Windows Server 2025.
