* Vectorize `soft_precision`, `soft_recall`, and `extract_anomaly_ranges`.
* Fix off-by-one in `mean_overlaping_pred` reconstructed length.
* CLN remove safe_import_context * Clear separation between `anomaly_scores` and optional `anomaly_predictions` (binary, used via solver-side `cutoff`). * Adapt solvers to score/prediction contract with `cutoff` parameter. * Adds `find_period_length` helper instead of importing TSB-AD only for this.
* FIX Autoencoder device handling
