This PR adds a new section "Small or easily downloadable BIDS datasets" to
datasets/index.md, in response to issue #600.The section contains a small table of lightweight BIDS datasets from OpenNeuro and OSF, suitable for testing, tutorials, and validator checks. It also provides size information and links to the sources.
These additions should help users find convenient datasets for quick experimentation or learning.
