[bitnami/cdi-operator]: Add Charts

Hello Bitnami team,

This PR proposes a new Helm chart (cdi-operator) following the Bitnami chart structure.

However, as mentioned in bitnami/charts#33034, the container image currently used is blocked/unavailable on the Bitnami registries.

I would still like to propose this chart for review to validate the overall structure and compliance with the Bitnami chart guidelines. Would it be possible to have feedback on the chart itself, even if the image situation is pending/blocked?

Additionally, could the existence of this chart PR help reconsider or support the addition of the image in the future?
