Compilation errors on VS 2019

Hi,
I am trying to build this repo https://github.com/tempura-san/NANDReader_FTDI on Vs2019 but I get tons of issues related to compability.
Can anyone provide updated instructions on how to build it or at least the recommended VS version?
P.S. Anyone succeeded building it on Linux?
