Can oppo_decrypt.py be used to reverse engineer, and maybe generate, oneplus unlock_code.bin files? #98

Description

@reikred

Can oppo_decrypt.py, or any of the other python scripts , be used to reverse engineer, and maybe generate, oneplus unlock_code.bin files?

It would be handy to generate your own unlock_code.bin file when/if the oneplus website refuses to do it, for whatever reason.

Background: My oneplus 8T+5G phone would return an error when I ran

fastboot oem get_unlock_code

The oneplus website demands this 64-digit hex "unlock code" (more like an unlock-UUID really), before it will accept the application to get unclock_code.bin generated.

PS: I did finally manage to coax the unlock-UUID out of the phone via some specific version firmware that could be prodded into producing it, but it took days of effort. So I think my question is still relevant.
