I have added Akebi Japanese Dictionary as a free alternative for an offline dictionary. I might add more apps in the future.
Currently It only works with Akebi (Beta) Version 3.0.11(81) because it is also a new feature in Akebi.
So you might want to merge this change after the next Akebi release. If anything fails it still falls back to Jisho.org
I hope It will be useful for other people too.
