SHIFT+PAGE UP not working on ipad magic keyboard

Describe the bug

Page up and page down do not seem to be working when using Blink Shell and a Tmux session.
The documentation and forums I have found seem to suggest that either Shift+Option+up/down or Command+ up/down should do this; however, these do not provoke any scrolling in the terminal session.

I have found an older closed issue that sounds similar to this, but I have only just installed the latest version and can't see how to make it work.

I am using V18.6.2.2008
