feat(ansi): implement ansi-correct colors

• Use the ansi-correct colors from the catppuccin style guides.
  Fixes the issue mentioned here: Overhaul ANSI & Base16 Colours catppuccin#1961

• Add color definitions for bold and hyperlink text.

While you are waiting (might be a while?) you can just download the theme(s) you want from my wezterm repo

Create a colors folder in your ~/.config/wezterm folder and put the .toml file(s) in the colors folder.
Ex: ~/.config/wezterm/colors/catppuccin_mocha_ansi.toml

Then you can use them in your config as "Catppuccin Mocha ANSI", "Catppuccin Latte ANSI", etc.

The .toml files in my wezterm repo are slightly-modified versions of the ones in this PR so that the theme name is "Catppuccin xxxxx ANSI" rather than "Catppuccin xxxxx"

Wezterm will automatically detect colorschemes placed in that colors directory and you will be able to use them with their name configured in the .toml file.

We could merge this, but I'd actually like to merge #22 and then catppuccin/whiskers#66, and that would allow automatic ansi generation!
