updated launch_constriants patch for 26.1 beta 2 but no fsctl_get_dev_by_role also broke which I do not use |

Fix the following three patches
kpf-test works on tvOS 26 / bridgeOS beta 1-9 kernels and previous ones as well (the previous collection should be similar to siguza's)
Unit test verified on bridgeOS 10 beta 9.
