Updated Docker API and other modernisations.

Updated all dependencies, including the Docker Golang one due to the following error when using Docker Desktop v4.52.0:

Image doesn't exist locally. Pulling...
ERROR: (utun0) 2025/11/21 16:25:51 Failed to setup VM: failed to pull setup image: Error response from daemon: client version 1.41 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version

Also updated Docker base image version, Golang version and did some cosmetic improvements.
