In double checking the baseurl MR I made earlier, I realized it broke a few links. The first commit of this MR fixes that issue by removing the
/spareferences from the remaining pages. While unrelated, I noticed that the list of protest links located on the bottom of the country page were also broken - the incorrect key was being referenced in the array; the second commit fixes that issue.
