Importing WAS reporting automation codebase
🗣 Description
Added codebases for wasreport, update_tracker, and reporting.py.
💭 Motivation and context
Placing WAS automation in Github for purposes of code retention and deployment.
🧪 Testing
Current iteration of codebase has been in use for WAS automation for months. Minor changes were made recently to remove sensitive data and were retested.
Codebase is not currently setup to utilize CI/CD.
