Adds support for maintaining code history and checkpointing, and would allow users to revert any phase
Paves the way to allow each app to be a git repository - users would be able to simply do this:
git clone https://build.cloudflare.dev/app/<appId>.gitinstead of having to export to github.Also would allow full 2-way github sync, import of any github worker project etc
