Add tests for IPv6 security groups

What is this change about?

As we implement new security from for IPv6, we need to add the corresponding tests. In order ipv6 security groups to be tested - include_security_group and include_ipv6 must be set to true.

CATs should validate common operator workflows.
CATs is not a regression test suite.
CATs is run by every component team to validate their releases before promotion.
