- Only support the Spring Boot runtime.
- Eliminated all configurations, templates, tests, and spec files related to Tomcat usage. Simplified scripts to only Spring Boot. Removed relevant Tomcat dependencies and tarballs.
- Added explicit dir for bouncycastle libs
- Need to remove the Tomcat update job before merge
