Description:

  • Adds an exclusion for shadowed vars in clj kondo config
  • Also creates a universal ignore for warnings in the CI pipeline

Checklist:

  • The code change is tested and works locally.
  • There is no commented out code in this PR.
  • My changes generate no new warnings (check the console)

Modify linter command to handle warning exit code (2)

* Adds an OR (||) statement to save the warning on a non-clean (0) exit, checks if it's a warning (error 2) and ignores it
* Remove if we want to watch for specific warnings in the future
