This simulator is quite limited in comparison with what we are doing now but I think it could be useful in the future for quick modeling and verification of some scenarios. @cskiraly do you want any changes/improvements here before merging? |

The first part of the simulator includes elastic erasure coding, storage capacity stability, automatic plotting and reporting. (WIP)
