- Remove dependency on token fixture parameter
- Add inline token acquisition with fallback for disabled auth
- Update streaming schema parsing to support new normalized format
- Convert return-based tests to pytest assert statements
- Support both legacy nested and new canonical streaming frames
- Relaxed validation for tools list test to handle varying MCP servers
- All tests now pass with authentication enabled
Resolves fixture 'token' not found errors and aligns with new canonical
streaming response format: {final, payload, elapsed_ms, session_id}
