Fix support for host name validation using ip on openssl versions <= 1.1.1

Fixes SSL/TLS hostname validation when connecting to Kafka brokers using IP addresses (IPv4/IPv6) on OpenSSL versions ≤ 1.1.1. Previously used hostname functions (SSL_set1_host or X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_host) for IP addresses; now uses X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_ip_asc().
