- Add alarm_set_snoozed_next() and alarm_get_snoozed_next() APIs.
- Store is_snoozed_next in AlarmConfig bitfield maintaining binary compatibility.
- Advance cron job from immediate occurrence when snoozed without disabling recurrence.
- Add 'Snooze Next' / 'Resume Next' item to Alarms ActionMenu.
- Display 'SNZ' status in Alarms list.
- Add comprehensive Clar test cases for snooze logic.
- Update test harness for clang compiler compatibility.
