Add info about installing through Hacs

In the documentation I find a link to what is supposed to be installation instructions for custom cards. Instead I find information about how to make a custom card ("Installing the custom_cards
For the latest instruction on how to install custom_cards please view the official documents). That was not what I expected.
Shouldn't the documentation note that you can install via HACS instead?
