roborescue simulator

Roborescue simulator used for tcoof framework evaluation. Tested on Ubuntu linux Ubuntu 14.04 with JRE 1.8.0.

To build sources run ant from repository root.
Start simulator by running start-comprun.sh from boot dir.
Start agents (see readme from tcoof)
