This renames
RistrettoPoint::double_and_compress_batch()todouble_and_compress_alloc_batch()and adds a newdouble_and_compress_batch()allocation-free method accepting a fixed array parameter.I had to add an allocation-free version of
FieldElement::batch_inverse()as well. The internal code was split to re-use as much as possible, but the changes are quite minimal.
