Summary
This closes six P0 safety gaps found in a package-wide adversarial review: identity discovery is now signer-free and read-only by default, generated identity projects require explicit safe write configuration, and CLI scaffolding validates schemas, stages atomically, and defers secret creation until dependency installation succeeds.
Paid A2A and MPP tasks now use durable two-phase admission with replay-safe settlement recovery, while clients preserve access, idempotency, and settlement metadata on failures.
OpenAPI regeneration now records provenance, classifies compatibility fail-closed, and opens reviewable PRs; release automation now publishes only the exact required-CI-attested SHA after validating every workspace artifact.
Validation: 1,277 tests passed with 90.38% line and 90.74% function coverage, 47/47 E2E tests passed, generated projects passed across all adapters, and all 18 publishable packages passed the release dry run.
