1) Install Mojolicious with 
        curl -sL http://xrl.us/cpanm | perl - --sudo App::cpanminus
        cpanm --sudo Mojolicious

2) Start the server by running ./script/jstags daemon --reload

3) "Login" via http://localhost:3000/example/login and go to the homepage

4) Modify the HTML in templates/example/welcome.html.ep and edit
public/js/site.js to allow adding and deleting tags with the
/example/edit_tags JSON API. Tags on input should be comma separated.
Deleting a tag should be by pressing a link like [x] next to the tag.

All APIs:

  - Can be used with either GET or POST

  - on error:
     { error => 'Some error' }

/example/edit_tags
  parameters:
     tags=foo,bar -- comma separated list of tags
     delete=1     -- tags are deleted instead of added

  - on success returns a list of the added and deleted tags
     { added => ['foo', 'bar', 'test'], deleted => [] }
