I would like to address the issues with the test GHA prior to merging.
In the meantime, I will convert it to a draft.

This might be a bigger undertaking than what I previously thought. Bumping the version to 19, involves many breaking changes including a complete overhaul of the material components, as the version we are using has now gone into legacy mode and is no longer supported.
This task isn't really difficult, just very long. I think this could be a good issue for GSOC.
@wurstbrot what are your thoughts ? Can we add this to GSOC ideas section ?
