The ODP organization uses a Request for Comments (RFC) process to provide a consistent and controlled path for changes at both the broad organization level as well as at the individual project levels. The steering committee hosts a monthly public meeting that members of the public are invited to join. The process for how the meeting functions and how you can propose agenda items is documented in STEERING-COMMITTEE-MEETING.md.
