- Add clear section headers (ACID Model, Bank Transfers, Context Manager, etc.)
- Fix broken code examples (undefined transfer function, SQL syntax errors)
- Add detailed explanation of conn.transaction context manager behavior
- Add section on automatic transactions in make() methods
- Add section connecting transactions to master-part relationships
- Add comprehensive best practices section (short transactions, deadlock handling)
- Add summary table with key takeaways
- Remove empty cells and incomplete content
